The grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures between 25ºC and 28°C. After maceration, the wine is aged in barrels for 9 to 12 months.
Cherry colour, very bright. Aroma combining ageing and Pinot Noir variety. In the mouth has mineral notes, hints of plum jam and sweet tannins.
